This study aims to analyze the effect of Leadership Style and Work Environment on employee Job Satisfaction at the Sungai Laur Community Health Center, Ketapang Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. The sample consisted of 41 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results show that all instruments are valid and reliable, and the data meet the assumptions of normality, linearity, and are free from multicollinearity. Partially, Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Simultaneously, Leadership Style and Work Environment have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. The correlation coefficient value indicates a strong relationship, while the coefficient of determination value indicates that 42.7% of the variation in Job Satisfaction can be explained by Leadership Style and Work Environment, while the remaining is influenced by other factors outside this study.
